A CHAMELEON TRAMP

Remarkably on the 29th of May,  2015 His Excellency Muhammad Abdullahi Abubakar Esq, together with his Deputy Engr. Nuhu Gidado were sworn in as Governor of BAUCHI State and Deputy governor respectively.
For the umpteenth time,  we have been trying to enlighten the people the ordeal on which the beginning of this administration found itself and the brigade of approaches the government embarked upon to sanitizes the process and the those who cares to be helpful have done a great deal to lend the hands of friendship. Those who oppose the system are also brandishing  venoms of hatred to incitement of people against the slow and steady ratification of the already melted system,   because every opposition is an opportunity for redress. But certainly the kind of opposition we are witnessing IN Bauchi State is an apex of blind hatred and ostensive volatile politics.

On the glorious moment we may wish to directly have the audience of those who chose to care,  that Bauchi State is in a chameleon tramp.

  But The gang of the bandwagon against the policies of our amiable governor are twisting the scenery to suit their insatiable ego of incitement and utmost hatred.  The State of the economy which solely depends on a single revenue base created this vacuum and economic pandemonium. We are bewitched by the error or sin of the past and many who have chosen to ignore irresponsibly are those who by one reason or the other used the situation on ground to create panic among people. 

Why it is that they never can reveal the good projects of this government,  the enemies within and outside the condor are mobilising forces to make sure the governor did not in anyway succeeds. 

Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic was established about 20 years ago,  to provide IN addition to remedial programmes a National Diploma in various disciplines such as Engineering and technology as well as financial studies to have a better knowledge at the disposal of the Bauchi State indigenes who cannot directly get in to the University.  The founders predicted that,  the Polytechnic in future May become a role model to others by inspiring other States to emulate.  20 years after, most of the courses offered and graduated many students without proper accreditation. 20 years after nobody cares to give the State Polytechnic a befitting welfare to make it stands as Professional hatching avenue. 

Within his 12 months in office Governor Abubakar gestured a Samaritan apt to have supported the best. Accreditation of all the courses from the 20 years ago,  uplifting the polytechnic to a Degree and HND awarding institution.  A kudos to a visionary leader who cares much about the future of our youths. 

In the 2015 budget the governor dedicated 28.7% to education and as well he mean business by doing that. The Universal Basic Education in the State received a good support by admiration.  Governor Abubakar paid the State obligations of N1.3billion as SUBEB State counterpart funding as i am writing this,  approval was sequired by the Board to release the contracts dedicated for building of New classes,  refurbishment of the delipidated ones,  procurement of class rooms seats for the pupils as well as numerous learning materials to meet the required educational viability to our teaming generation. SUBEB BAUCHI State is under a Chairmanship of a renowned personality who cares to be dedicating probity and corrupt free.  Professor Ibrahim Yaro is a well known Man of principle.

Health sector has also received blessings through the payment of counterparts funds,  of the sum of N600million to SDGs,  a prototype Comprehensive healthcare centres are being constructed across the State,  about 24 of such sectors. Also through the SDGs solar powered boreholes are being drill to meet the yearnings of various communities in the provisions of portable drinking water. 

N75million was paid as counterparts funds to UNICEF rural water supply,  UNICEF is drilling 250 hand pump boreholes IN 5 LGAs across the State. 

Drugs worth hundreds of millions of Naira  is been purchased to meet the health care boredom and the drugs will be distributed as assential revolving to the people. 

Despite the crunchy economy,  some roads are being tammed too,  Misau, Udubo, Bulkachuwa up to Gamawa was awarded,  a total of 85km.  Within Bauchi metropolitan a Federal low cost bypass was awarded for reconstruction a total of 4.5km dual. In Fadama Mada area 2km and memoranda was signed with Dangote's Cement re -enforce roads,  BAUCHI State was awarded to have 17 of such roads inshaa Allah. 

Several MOUs were signed with various Multi National organizations, Direct Foreign Investors to come to BAUCHI for a grant IN aid as well as Foreign investment all in the course to champion the diversification of the State economy. 

It is not a wish of any leader to subject his people in to a harsh situation,  and Governor Abubakar will be limiting HIs success to mistry.  We are in a position where difficulty beseach our progress,  expressedly we keep mute to reality and the curse can continue. Parharps we were sloth then which is why we are in today's situation.  This is a State that spent 16 years of Democracy with so mjch accruals without presentable capital projects to compete with even our neighbors. 

The commitment of the Change government to bring sanity IN to all government endeavors can not be overemphasized hence the war against corruption and other financial crimes is reaping results and thus we ask the various states to emulate the Central government to actualise the war. 

IN difficult time,  people should turn to Almighty Allah,  pray vehemently for the success of these change. Governor Abubakar esq shall succeed and Bauchi State shall be great.
