STEALING IS NOT CORRUPTION

The first time I heard this phrase I couldn't believe my ears, coming from the mouth that swears by the Holy Book he believes in and the Oath of allegiance from the Constitution,  that he will protect,  preserve the rules of law and the entire integrity of the  Federal Republic of Nigeria.
This is absurd and unbelievable.
