THE SANDWICH OF HATRED

Stories are written differently, depending on the narrative that is associated with the tales.
Impressions are sometimes carriers of great stories, a behind the screen oratory that shapes the future of the onlooker or listener.
Why banditry has roots in the Northwest? Something that slowly started in Zamfara State decades ago as a result of many mistakes that resisted reconciliations, Injustice, and above all corruption and bad leadership. Castle rustling, farmers/herders clashes that resulted into many lost of lives, the intrusive attitude of some Pula people especially those traversing from the neighbouring counties of Niger Republic, Mali, Chad and Burkina Faso, those Peul (fulani NBororo) into Nigeria contributed much into to this unrest and wanton indiscriminate killings happening today in the North West Nigeria.

There is need to avoid repeating historical fallacies and mistakes, having read the past we must use it to furnish the present.
It's a horrible mirage to have thoughts awfully that you can get rid of some people's humanity and get away with it.
The classical mistake some of us are doing is the absolute absence of temerity and resolute to settle the conflict amicably to avoid bloodletting. Africa has been a breeding ground of so much madness, after the Second World War to the 1960s, our governance and leadership styles are far different from the greater part of the world. The psych of the people in this continent is also different. Some western world analysts could call us dark continent to describe our habits and political approach.
Corruption and crimes are just like breathing air in the life of this promising continent that is full of riches. Africa is an abundance of everything that led to its scramble by the European in the 19th century.

From the colonial days to the post-independence of almost all the countries in Africa, there wasn't any tangible development to catch up with the  developed world, neither we are getting to be the developing Nations despite the abundance beneath our soil, we are being identified with diseases, wars, rebellion and what have you. Illiteracy and mortality begat many conflicts in the Continent.

Nigeria's predicament predated independence and as such, the post-independence was also marred with bad stories and instances that even led to the civil war. We fought the Civil war and get through it, we battled many insurrections and survived traps that has been set for us to disintegrate.
The seeds of hatred that were and are still being planted in Nigeria is beyond the scope of many of us, absent patriotism and corruption mind contribute to the situation. We are lost flocks.
