PROFESSOR MUHAMMAD ALI PATE AN EXCELLENT GOVERNOR TO BE

Professor Muhammad Ali Pate, a decent technocrat turned politician, was destined to serve with a beckoning, while the prolific Medical Doctor was busy saving lives, promoting humanity and provision of good healthcare facilities, while the Turk was busy doing what he knows best, the Government of Former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan eyed him to be the potential minister of State for Health. Appointed in July 2011 to serve his country, which he did with pride, although he later resigned from the Ministerial post for a job in the United States Of America.
Born on September 6th, 1968, Pate, an accomplished medical guru was brought up in an academic family, his father was a prominent Academics, a reputable administrator and a community leader, I can say the Professor get a hereditary conscience. That's why he does what is best to make realities and help people.  Pate is an accomplished philanthropist.

As experienced health personnel and professional, we believe he will be the right person to take the State that spent many years in developmental limbo, Bauchi State need a brainy like him.

I'm certain Muhammad Ali Pate will be the right choice this time, after we've seen the contributions of the First Civilian Governor Of the State, Late Alhaji Abubakar Tatari Ali, Who governed the State from 1979 to 1983, ousted by the then military coup. Tatari Ali was the architect of the modern Bauchi State, we all knew his contribution to the State, which was aimed at bringing development to Bauchi, Late Tatari did his very best to urbanise every street in the major cities, provision more schools to promote education as well as the hygienic water supply for drinking built more hospitals both General and cottages.

From 1999 to date, history will never forget Ahmad Adamu Mu'azu,1999 to 2007, the second builder of the State, he brought massive road constructions and some rehabilitation of schools, hospitals and many more things to be remembered as heroic contributions to Bauchi State. Yet Malam Isah Yuguda, from 2007 to 2015 served and his ideology of building people directly saw the massive employment of more people as special assistants to the governor just to create channels of spreading the wealth to the people. The idea brought what I called an economic catastrophe, where people did not have jobs in their hands but can spend money given freely to people, many accused Yuguda of that and regarded such as mismanagement.

Today I want to present a dox on a personality that is accepted by all, before I conceived the idea of writing this piece, I contacted a lot of people from different classes, political class, technocrats class as well as common people in the streets of Bauchi, which encouraged me to continue with the trade, to propagate integrity, because Muhammad Ali Pate is almost accepted by all. Looking at the condition and atmosphere the people found themselves in, we hope if the time comes, the votes will favour us.

Prof. Ali Pate is widely known as a man of principles, a man with drupe features, incorruptible and with a consistent ideology, many of his antagonists accuse him of not being an embezzler, and many politicians that I interviewed to buttressed his habit for me, they described him as a good man, but with an aphrodite palm, which to a common man on the streets is nothing. Bauchi State is now thirsty for development, and corruption from the leadership has rendered the State to be comatose, those in power today, concentrate only on themselves and their kith and kin, they have never taken advantage of the current recession to create a floriferous entity for sustainable development. Our man if elected come 2019, would spread the vastness of his experience to establish what we believe is the new BAUCHI STATE. Time has elapsed and many incondite perfidious pollyanna has been done to us, the people are tired of lies, therefore they need a spartan style of leadership and Muhammad Ali Pate is the right man and at the same right time for the Job to bring back the lost glories of our dear State,  that became aback of everything.  I believe in integrity and I support good governance,  that was what compel me to support the man I never had a personal relationship with,  all the accounts I gathered were from the bottom of the poor people that spend most of their time roaming the streets for butter and bread. 

I'll like to make a wish and also a wishful thinking that,  if supported, Ali Pate will surely change the course of history in Bauchi State, his emanation will bring about a standard change to the people and the yearnings will be high.  But personally, my belief in him can be of good and I intend to give him my full undiluted support to bring the expected change in Bauchi State.
