AS THEY MILK THE COW WE KEEP ON PAYING

The extent of bedevilling life at which a common and average Nigerian unfortunately find himself is a scary one, we live in a world of delusional dreams which never have time to be a reality.
My experience as a youth in this country has thought me a lot of lessons conventional and ethical, I believe every Nigerian is a lone survivor of the scourge of corruption and obnoxious lack of commitment on the side of the leadership.
Africa is a bountiful continent, rich in everything, ranging from human labour to capacitative mineral resources, they said Africa is the cradle of civilization itself.
A lot of scholastic presentation was and is still being committed to on this rich continent and how it may proliferate up to the challenge of the new world order, but the crippling legs of this vast empire, keep on demoralizing the development and make the African people keep losing hope on whether if Africa will be out of the current limbo it finds itself?
The first instance is to blame the leadership, although the foundation is relatively poor, Africa's leadership often contributes to the continent's failure-ship which we all can agree is rightly true. Our leaders are every day becoming more corrupt than subtle and they considered electorates to be one systematic slave than followership,  that is the reason why dictatorship became so imminent that, the African leaders consider themselves to be just like 'Demigods'.
My region the North has and is still suffering from the negligence and lust of power and enrichment at the side of its so-called northern leaders, they abandoned the region just for their good and keep on ridiculing us just a mockery to make us believe that yes, they exist while it just a mirage unattainable dream which will never be a reality if it continues like this.
We are this generation of unlucky population, living the lives of a bandage at a vantage point of opportunities but, the extent of corruption keeps fooling us and makes us foolishly believe we can rise again under this type of democracy.
How can we develop while our leaders care only for themselves and their families, they only do a window dressing project, and their looting habit is far greater than their devotion.
We are only good for nothing and can't produce anything but a war.
We love to politicize anything in the country, but the incidents of insurgency presently happening in the Northeast is one of the most sorry and gory situations ever.
I totally can't understand why we are so relented to bring peace to this part of Nigeria.
A poor Nigerian is only seeing his leadership as one person who doesn't care for his welfare and only sees him as a big-time looter who kills the future of the common follower and kills the country itself. We keep on watching and we talk where it is talking to, but we have a long way to cover as Africans and as Nigerians to come along with other developed nations.
